Mon, Wed, Fri at 5:30 am I go to my coach on the basis of weight training for football and certain minimum floor area ... is very strict, but going for 30 minutes ... I am always when I'm sucking wind. I try to do Bikram (hot yoga) Yoga 5 nights a week for 90 minutes. For someone who has never done Bikram Yoga is very hard for 90 minutes, which was soaked when you leave. Tue, Thu, Sat, circle, usually 3 miles, occasionally 4 or 5. When I run 3 miles so I tend to go fast as I can ... I've done this regiment megabytes a month (before I worked with my coach, but no real practitioners) ... anyway so far I feel good, but I hope that I must be about to hit a wall just before .... What wondering what others think, based on his experience in the exercise. Oh, I'm a type if it is not obvious.

Do what your body lets you do .. Everyone is different. If you think you do a lot for reduce the exercise after a while and then start again later. Make sure you have enough fuel to do this exercise. And what I mean the fuel is food. If you do not have enough energy for your body is going to happen ... It's like a car. If you do not have enough gas for your car will stop working.
