Whatever the spiritual practice of yoga, any words of wisdom?

How can you pass the days of incapacity to perform the physical asana practice? I found the key in my spiritual life since suffering a shoulder injury is that I need relax this. I know that yoga is not only the asana practice, but how did you overcome the frustration of not being able to practice physical form?
