I have been exercising regularly for the past 3 years, but recently I've become damage hamstrings, and realize that we need better techniques for stretching. I've never been into yoga, but I think it is time ... What a great beginner yoga video?

How long should a yoga cost?

I took a beginners yoga class in my community college for only 13 $ (A kind of Unit 5 for 5 weeks) ... Now that I looked around for yoga classes in my city, and some $ 100 fee (per hour!) Is this the norm? Or should I rent videos? I really want someone to teach me the right path .. even though I live in Los Angeles, perhaps ... Does depend on the type of yoga? because I do Kundalini and Hatha ..

I like Yoga for Energy with Rodney Yee (I think I have her name right). He has no training, posed only tells you to go to ... is in 5 sections so you can perform all or when you feel the need. I like a lot, but when I first arrived I had to pay attention, and sometimes move from one pose to another faster than I was used, which is used only for beginners Videos / DVDs before that. I want to start doing yoga but do not have the time or money to join a obligatatory (is that even a word lol?) Group. Is there somewhere I can learn some yoga for free? If not, any suggestions on what they could be other alternatives such as yoga or something?

I have back problems and IM 16 and after everything I have and Finally my doctor tried to set me to do some yoga to try to help (I Got The X-ray and muscle pain and nothing with my column vertebral)

Hi I went to a dance Street who said it was for all levels, but it was impossible and I ended up buying a DVD of Street Dance to use home, which was much better.
