Question on starting yoga?

I want to start doing yoga, so I bought this set of three yoga DVDs. Are the lower body, upper the body, and abdominals. Each is 30 minutes long. My question is how long and often suggest I do each? Make three days seems a little excessive.

I started taking yoga. I am 5 months and 1 week. I like the yoga class its just that their yoga classes regularly held in the gym i go. I have informed the instructor i am Preggo and she tells me what things you can and can not go as the class is moving along. Although she tells me that its ok to put on my back. Okay? I at night, sometimes unintentionally, but sometimes, when I go to the bathroom and I'm awake in my back.She makes these positions, when again on the floor and legs are a bit in the air, I do not like, because my stomach is now a bit heavy and I feel I can be myself effort. I do not know if I should keep going to class or simply buy a prenatal yoga DVD. I like the classroom experience, but sometimes I like the movement. I wonder if anyone knows of sites that show the movements of yoga for pregnant people free.

I was doing yoga right into my 7th month. I stopped going because the class was in conflict with my schedule, but I loved going to class. If you are unsure whether a particular injury may represent you or your baby, ask the instructor before doing so. He told me what could and could not do (it also helped that the mine has 2 children and really did yoga through her entire pregnancy). I would recommend that forward. I have a prenatal yoga video, which was supposed to be good, but I could not do it. Lazy after I stopped going to class. So my advice: keep going!
