Can anyone recommend a CD of songs of mantras, with or without response group, meditation or yoga slow
I just started Practice Yoga (Iyengar) and do not listen to music in our classes, but the song for about 5 minutes early. I want to hear (and learn), the slow songs in Sanskrit time where he could meditate or practice yoga slow (downtempo). I researched and found some music (world, electronic, new age), but I prefer something more cutting, ideally, there are no instruments at all. And I actually found some audio of just singing, but sometimes it is fast and the voices are "Twiny" and unrefined (ie not good) and time to relax or inspire me, that really gets on my nerves. Help!
