Anxiety and panic attacks madicaition. If you know of new drugs, please help.?

Hello, my sister panic / anxiety attacks regularly. I am currently in China and will be here for a while. I used to go with her to see doctors because I am using this years ago, and which allows to see if I can do, then it can do. The problem that she was takng alprazolam (Xanax) for several years and not more effective too. Are there New cutting edge medicine that could also change? I saw something on Klonopin in another post, stating that it takes effect immediately? Does anyone have experience with this or Other new drugs. Many doctors do not know much about new drugs, need to know from personal experience. It is already altna doing relaxation techniques: yoga, deep breathing, etc. So there is no need for advice on this matter, just something more current that you can talk to your doctor. Wish I could be there for her, but maybe its good for her to cope on their own. Thank you for more information.
