Home made aromatherapy spray cleaning yoga mats?

He had found instructions for making these a few months ago, but my computer died and I lost my bookmarks and now can not find it. Does anyone know where I can find directions, or instructions themselves? Thanks in advance.

Take a spray bottle with water (distilled if possible) and add 20-30 drops of essential oil of tea tree. Tea tree oil is both anti-viral and antibacterial properties. After the class just spray your mat and towel dry. Other oils can be mixed with water as if they are lavender, peppermint, cedarwood, chamomile and eucalyptus.
